Returns/Exchanges


Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, returns are only accepted in exchange for store credit.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date for store credit only. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note that the store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card which may be used to purchase on a future order.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us here to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

  

EXCHANGES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for store credit or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
